What I'm Loving Wednesday

What up, homies?

I've been told I haven't blogged in a while.

Here goes nothin'

1. I'm loving that we get to stay in Oklahoma for a while longer. A few months before Miss Maggie was born, my husband found out that his company here in Tulsa was shutting down. They wanted us to move to Denver. At the time I said, "Sure, let's go." Shortly after Maggie was born, I said, "Hell to the no, I won't go." Not really, but our parents have been such a big help. They are all in love with Mags (of course) and see her at least once a week. Nate and I have gone at once a week by ourselves, which has been fantastic. If we moved to Denver, date nights would end, or we would have to pay a babysitter. Our parents babysit for free. So...Nate Dawg was offered a job with a company here in Tulsa. We are staying! yay!

2. I used to hate when people were like, "I love my kid." Of course you love your kid. Duh.
But I love the crap out of Maggie. Since she was 4 weeks old, she's been sleeping at night. Waking up every 8 hours or so. She's even had a few 10-12 hour nights. Mama like.

3. I'm kind of loving these earthquakes. Not the damage that they're doing to smalltown, Oklahoma, but it's been kinda cool to feel. I was up with Maggie when we had the first one. It scared me, but I thought it was strong wind. The next morning I told Nate Dawg. He said, "What if it was an earthquake?" I got on facebook and sure enough. Then Saturday night we were up and it really, really shook the house. Same thing Sunday night. or Monday night. I can't even remember when the last one was.

4. I'm loving that on Halloween, Maggie gave me a huge smile.

I said, "Boo!" And she gave me this look

ha!

What are you loving this week?

What I'm Lovin' Wednesday

I'm loving that I actually went shopping for maternity dresses for my shower this weekend.  There are not many options...

I also went shopping for diaper bags. There are hundreds that all look the same to me. But that's ok! (By the way, those are ALL diaper bags. On every shelf.)

I'm loving that I can still put on this size small skirt. It doesn't really fit. You can't tell, but I have it pulled up to the high heavens. I suppose that makes it appropriate for church.

this was from 27 wks, 1 day (Sunday)

I'm loving that my boss lady is finished filming her Food Network show. I've hardly had a chance to talk to her the past 2 weeks. I want her back!

I'm loving that my baby shower is this weekend! I can't wait to celebrate Baby B!

I'm loving that I've gotten to go to the pool recently. My friend Haley is a labor and delivery nurse, so she doesn't judge my belly :). Plus she has a super cute daughter, so she understands this whole pregnancy thing bc she's been through it herself!

I'm loving that last night Nate kept making me go outside with him and watch the lightening show. It was before the storms started here, but we had CRAZY lightening. I mean crazy. He would make me go out back and watch it. Then I'd sit down for a few minutes, and he'd make me walk out front to watch it. It was fun :)

What I'm Lovin' Wednesday

I started this yesterday...but never got to finish. So here ya go!

*I'm lovin that we've booked our babymoon! More on that to come!

*I'm lovin that I'm almost 27 weeks pregnant and I feel great. I really hope this feeling lasts.

*I'm lovin that my boss lady is filming her Food Network Show in my hometown. She goes to the one grocery store in town and cameras follow her...then there's a rumor that starts that Reese Witherspoon is in Pawhuska. What? No. REE is filming. Not REESE. It spread like wildfire (just like most things in the small town)

*I'm lovin my sweet husband who took me to get a double stuff oreo Sonic Blast last night.
