All You Need is LOVE Day 6

I {LOVE} to blog because....

Well, so I don't really love my blog. It's ok. I actually started it because I was blog stalking so many people. Then they would ask where my blog was, and I didn't want to seem like a super stalker creepy person, so I started one to prove I existed.

Sometimes it's fun to play along with these things. But sometimes it's not so fun. I would probably be WAY more into it if I worked in front of a computer. I was a teacher, now I'm a personal assistant. So I do a ton of running around. Not much sitting. When I get home at night, there's generally so much going on (in my head) that I forget to blog.

But, I do like it. It's fun. Quite a few friends have blogs. And I feel pretty trendy. I work for The Pioneer Woman, and I will never, ever have the amount of readers she gets. And I'm ok with that.

I sound like a real downer this Saturday morning. ha

What I {LOVE} about my friends is...

Most have been around a LONG time

All You Need is LOVE Day 4

For Valentine's Day I {LOVE} to bake/cook... {share a recipe!}

Red Velvet Cookies. 

Red Velvet cake mix
Add 1/3 cup oil
Add 2 eggs
Mix like your Sir Mixalot. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting:
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons milk
4 cups powdered sugar
Beat it all up like you're Chris Brown.

 They are so yummy. Especially with a cup of coffee. And they're super duper easy.
